Rates
$125 per 60-minute session for individuals
$150 for relationship, couple per 60 minute session
$200 for relationship, couple counseling per 90 minute session per 90 minute session , Highly recommended.
$175 for family session more then two individuals for 60 session
$200 for Mental Health and Addiction / Chemical Dependency Assessments and Evaluations, 60 minute session, including documentation for services
Insurance
Insurances not accepted at this time. Tricare and Atnea, usually accepted are on hold till March 2020 due to the over-saturation of persons serviced. I apologize, but insurances that are not accepted for Counseling Services are on a self-pay basis,, fees can be arranged. JCRoy Counseling Services will provide Clients with detailed costs analysis per session with diagnostic descriptions from the DSM V for those insurance companies that provide out-of-network financial reimbursements for your submission. At the present time Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health, and Cigna will honor out of network for JCRoy Counseling Services.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Co-Payments for accepted insurances are accepted at the time of services but, Tricare and Atnea insurances on hold till March 2020.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
